This summer, seniors Kelsie Shook and Zack Hodges had the opportunity to go to Lima, Peru, for a week with Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship. They traveled to Puente Piedra to help a church plant called Little Lambs. While there, the team built three houses, painted, and cleaned up bathrooms, the church, and school compound. They also helped kids at a church activity day. Kelsie Shook said, “This was a life-changing opportunity. You hear about poverty, but until I actually witnessed it, I couldn’t comprehend the magnitude of it.” Zach and Kelsie loved this life-changing opportunity.
